Situated deep within the relatively unexplored Lower Zambezi National
Park directly opposite Chikwenya Island and on the eastern boundary of
Mana Pools, lies Mwambashi River Lodge.

The National Park is home to large herds of elephant and buffalo. Lion
are common and plains game is abundant. Both early morning and late
afternoon game drives are available to take fullest advantage of these
opportunities. The Lodge also conducts night drives when leopard, hyena,
civet and genet are often sighted.
